This policy explains what information ToxAI collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your information.

ToxAI is operated by Artur Tsormaev ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

ToxAI does not require an account and does not collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. The only data we collect is:

• Anonymous usage & analytics — aggregated, non-identifying information about how the app is used, such as which features are opened and general interaction patterns, so we can understand what to improve.
• Crash & diagnostic data — technical reports generated when something goes wrong, including device model, operating-system version, and the state of the app at the time of a crash, so we can find and fix problems.

This data is collected in a form that cannot reasonably be used to identify you as an individual.

How we use it

We use the information above for a single purpose: to keep ToxAI working well and to make it better. Specifically, we use it to:

• understand which features are useful and prioritise improvements;
• diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues;
• monitor the overall stability and quality of the app.

We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Third-party services

To collect analytics and crash reports we rely on reputable third-party providers that process this data on our behalf. These providers are only permitted to use the data to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. The app also runs on Apple's platform; your use of the App Store and in-app purchases is additionally governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

ToxAI is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or TikTok, or their parent companies. "Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., and "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.; they are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

Data retention & security

We keep analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as it is useful for the purposes described above, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we strive to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

ToxAI is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Subscriptions

• Subscription options are billed over 1 week, 1 month, and 12 months.
• Pricing: 1 week — $6.99; 1 month — $9.99; 12 months — $39.99.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase. See Apple's guide to managing subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We are constantly updating ToxAI and its offerings. Information in the app, including pricing and feature descriptions, may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and we may experience delays in updating it. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

ToxAI and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Artur Tsormaev and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Kazakhstan and other countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Artur Tsormaev, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your access to or use of, or inability to use, the app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Disclaimer

Your use of ToxAI is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it is free of harmful components.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
